MARV Review

Oh, *heart* of the beast, really? Seriously? You’ve managed to construct a cinematic narrative involving a crash, a dog, and a wilderness that looks suspiciously like someone’s exploded a poorly planned escape. It's vaguely… unsettling, I guess. Brad Pitt’s acting? Bless his soul. He's channeling a profound grief, which is, frankly, a terrifyingly cliché response to a plane crash. The Alaskan scenery? Let’s just say it’s less “stunning wilderness” and more “unseasoned cardboard.” The survival aspect? Predictable. It’s less a fight, and more a protracted, incredibly dull debate about the optimal angle for a nap. Spend your time watching paint dry; that's the real survival skill here. Honestly, I’d rather contemplate the mysteries of the universe, which, by the way, are far less contrived than this film’s plot.
